Optimising Structural Integrity 2021: The Effects of Demanding Environments

Online

May 18, 2021

FESI is pleased to announce our co-sponsorship of this year’s Optimising Structural Integrity (OSI) online seminar organised by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. This annual seminar builds on different themes each year, with 2021 addressing the structural integrity challenges of operating in different environments.

The seminar will have a balance of practical and theoretical applications, supported by case studies from those working across different engineering sectors. Presentations will address asset management strategies when considering the long-term effects of diverse environments that may have not been considered during the design stages, including oil and gas, nuclear, aerospace, biomedical and pharmaceutical.

Join us live and online to discuss the common challenges involved in the monitoring and management of your organisation’s assets and take away strategies to enhance structural integrity and safety and reduce costs at your organisation.

The following speakers will feature: Stuart Medway, Wood PLC, Andrew Morley, Rolls-Royce, Professor Bo Chen, University of Leicester, Yiqiang Wang, UKAEA, Chris Bodington, Atkins Global, Simon Cathery, Costain, and Rory Clarkson, Rolls-Royce Aerospace.
