Alan Turing Institute SIG: Data Science for Engineering Structural Integrity

Professor Paul Wilcox and Dr Mahmoud Mostafavi from the University of Bristol are applying to set up a Special Interest Group (SIG) at the Alan Turing Institute (the UK national institute for data science) on Data Science for Engineering Structural Integrity.

The engineering scope includes (but is not limited to) non-destructive evaluation, structural health monitoring, material characterisation, and structural modelling/surrogate modelling.

The purpose of the SIG is to bring together academics and practitioners from both the engineering and data science communities to share ideas and develop collaborative projects. The application to set up the SIG requires an initial list of participants to demonstrate the level of interest from the industrial and academic communities.

If you would like to join the group please complete your details in our application form.
